- Purchase Price: At the Highest Bidder Sale, bidder are competing for who will pay the most for the property. This is like a live auction except there is no pressure to make a quick decision. - Down Payment Bidder: At this Highest Bidder Sale, the seller is offering Seller Financing. The price of the home is fixed at market value and Bidders are competing for who will pay the most money down payment.
